All key decisions and directions for the product/ IP solution shall be taken after considering all the factors having
impact on the performance of the IP solution business. A team of key stakeholders shall be created to form Steering
Committee for this purpose. Product management team decides the composition of the Steering Committee and invites the other
personnel for any specific discussions on need basis. The typical composition of Steering Committee is:
